Before your cleanse

Alcohol & Caffeine We strongly recommend that you avoid alcohol and sugar for the entire period of the cleanse and also one week beforehand and limit your caffeine consumption.


Nicotine Even if it is difficult for you as a smoker: Set yourself the goal of not smoking – or at least only very consciously – before and during the cleanse.


Healthy A few days before starting your cleanse, focus on fresh fruit and vegetables, protein-rich meat, poultry and fish.


Drink Drink plenty of fresh water to open the floodgates. Warm, boiled water is also very good, especially when it is cold and uncomfortable outside. Ginger and lemon are recommended.

During your cleanse

Consciousness During your Bergblut Cleanse you should, if possible, only consume the juices, lemonades and milks. This will give you the best effect.


Drinking In addition to taking the juices, you should drink plenty of fluids. Ideally, more than two liters of still water or herbal tea per day.


Exercise Light sporting activities in the fresh air stimulate the metabolism, promote blood circulation to the kidneys and liver and stimulate the lymphatic system. This means that exercise supports you during the cleanse. We recommend light running, cycling, yoga, Pilates or simply a brisk walk in the beautiful countryside.


Relaxation You should allow yourself plenty of relaxation during the cleanse. Think of this period as a wellness vacation for your body and mind. We think it is important that you pamper yourself. Consciously enjoy the wonderful juices, imagine how the ingredients pamper and nourish your body from the inside.


Massages The skin is an essential part of your body's detoxification system. Massages not only help relieve tension but also promote blood circulation.


Sleep Sleep as much as you can!!! ☺

After your cleanse

Continuity At the end of the cleanse, you should not immediately go back to fishing in old waters.


Diet Enjoy fresh steamed vegetables, fruits, poultry and fish. Keep your diet healthy, natural and pure.


Stomach Eat smaller amounts and take advantage of the fact that your stomach has shrunk during the cleanse.


Water Continue to drink plenty of fresh water to keep your body hydrated.
